Inside Sales / Appointment Setter

iVenture Solutions, a leading IT Managed Services Provider, is seeking an Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to sell our services in the Orlando area.

You must have prior success in an Inside Sales Representative role selling high priced conceptual services to owners and C-level executives of small to medium sized businesses in a competitive and resistant market with a 3-6 month sales cycle.

You are an Inside Sales Representative who excels at finding new leads, connecting with decision makers, and identifying pain points of potential clients.

You must have prior success in hitting daily call quotas, while setting qualified appointments for an Outside Sales Representative. In other words, you live to bring an opportunity to life as much as you do executing a successful hand-off to the sales team.

You must be a highly motivated problem solver with excellent analytical skills, who can work well independently or as part of a team.

You must have prior earnings of at least $50K in an Inside Sales Representative role with a variable compensation plan. Experience in a technical sales role is helpful but not required.

You are a good Inside Sales candidate if you have:

  • Prior Inside Sales Success
  • The skill to cold call
  • The Ability to get by gatekeepers and find the buyers
  • The drive to get more qualified leads
  • The motivation to ask the right questions and set up meetings
  • Experience with strategic prospecting
  • Knowledge in Objection Handling
  • The determination to exceed sales quota and call metrics

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.  This position may require infrequent local travel.
