The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to support the growth and expansion of iVenture products and services.  This will include assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.


  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify competitors in each market outlining data such as their service offerings, customer profiles and geographic scope
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with iVenture departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, networking, trade show, trade associations, etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and determine campaign efficiency
  • Undertake individual tasks of marketing plan as assigned
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Communicate campaign results and project recommendations to management team
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication – writing sample will be required
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Additional Information

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.  This position will require infrequent travel to our three offices within Florida.
